Theme of "Traditional Festival Decorations "Event Flow

Integration of Knowledge in 'Chinese Culture' and 'Scientific' Inquiry

Students are guided to explore scientific principles such as material properties and shape functions based on the cultural customs of the Lunar New Year. The goal is to make abstract scientific concepts relatable and tangible, stimulating curiosity and observation skills in younger students within a cultural context.

Conducting Scientific Inquiry Experiments with LEGO® Bricks

By building with LEGO bricks, scientific principles become tangible, observable, and verifiable, significantly lowering the barrier to understanding for students. Once they grasp the concepts, students have the opportunity to design and optimize experiments, reinforcing their application of knowledge

Handicraft Activity - Lunar New Year Paper Fan Production

The activity revolves around real-world problems and involves hands-on experiments. After understanding the scientific principles, students reflect their learning outcomes through crafting, thereby experiencing the complete engineering cycle of "Ideation - Creation - Testing - Optimization ".;
